Where is my order?
To check your order status, just click on the Login link at the top of the page, sign in and then Order History.
* New Order means you have just placed an order and is under processing.
* proceed means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and dispatching your goods.
* Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email or call us or refer our refund & return section.
Can you deliver same day or next day?
We should receive an order for same day before 11AM Pakistan time with no additional cost. Please check Deliveries section for detail of same day orders.
For next day deliveries orders must be placed before 3PM Pakistan time a day before otherwise order will be considered as same day delivery and no additional cost will be charged.
What is Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing address is the address of the person making the purchase of an item.
Shipping address is an address of the person to who you want to send a gift or where you want the delivery of a gift.
